My friend Jill and I attended a special event a couple weeks back, "A Tuscan Summer Night with Billy & Jenny" at Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington.
Tickets were $125.00 each and included a cocktail hour, a live cooking demonstration by the chef Joe Faro himself, a multi course dinner with wine pairing and a favor bag filled with goodies.
The beautiful evening started with amazing pineapple mojitos and sangria on the side patio. There were a tasting of the "Artisan Cured Meats and Specialty Cheese" on display and a couple of passed hor d'oeuvres that included beef crostini and colossal bacon wrapped scallop.
After an hour of being outside and drinking as much as we could, we were ushered inside for our dinner. We were seated with 4 other couples during the event as we watched Joe explain his background as he prepared the dishes we would be eating. Our table was soo much fun! We even exchanged some phone number and became Facebook friends with some of the people there.

Throughout the event, Billy walked around and took questions from the live audience.
The food was was incredible. My favorite was the tagliarelle with truffle butter. It melted in my mouth.
Towards the end, the most handsome Joe Faro came by to each table to say, "hello!" He's my Tom Brady.
